4月26日，我们进行了本学期期中质量调研检测。根据本次考试情况，我进行了分析和总结。 一、对试卷的认识         本次命题，充分贯彻了测试语言不出偏题怪题，加强语言运用和交际能力的设计原则，着重考察了学生在语境中运用英语的能力，进一步强调英语的交际性和工具性，体现新课标理念，对英语教学改革起到了较好的导向作用。 二、试题具体分析         听力部分：         第一题容易，大多数学生都正确，极少数学生出错的原因是对单词掌握不熟练。         第二题和第三题主要考察学生平时对基础知识的积累，有一少部分学生出错，出错的原因是对句子没有理解，基础知识掌握不扎实。         第四题听录音，选择正确的答案。这道题失分很严重，出错的原因是学生对句子中的关键词没有听懂，句型掌握不够熟练，不会灵活运用。         笔试部分：         第一题给单词归类，考察学生对单词归类的能力，以及学生对单词汉语意思的掌握，个别学生出错，出错的原因是对单词掌握的不够熟练。         第二大题，根据图片及首字母提示补全句子。这个题有一部分学生失分，原因是学生书写太差，另外对在一定语境中选写单词感觉困难，还是基础知识掌握不牢固造成的。         第三、四大题都属于情境交际，其中四题失分较多，原因在于学生对情景交际不能灵活运用，这在以后的教学中要多多渗透，不断让学生强化记忆。         第五题阅读理解，考察学生的综合运用能力，但短文总体难度不大，得分率也很高。         第六题仿照例句写句子，主要考察学生对一般将来时的运用和was、were句型的掌握情况，此题失分较严重，原因是学生对这类句型结构没有真正掌握，也不会灵活运用。这就要求在以后的教学中要在句型和语言运用上多下功夫。 三、 存在的问题         1.学生做题时粗心、马虎，审题不清。         2.基础知识单词、短语掌握不牢固，写的方面需加强。         3.不能做到知识的灵活运用。         4.阅读能力有待提高。 四、今后整改措施         1、夯实日常教学工作，注重每一节课的教学质量，培养学生学习英语的浓厚兴趣，这是根本。在授新课时要注意前后知识的连贯性，每节课都抽出几分钟的时间来把以前相关的知识点进行复习，做到温故知新。         2、继续加强学生的认读能力。要求学生在课内外多读，多听，多说，多写和多练，确保每个学生都能在基础知识及写的方面得以提高。         3、强化单词记忆，要求做到每个单元的单词学生都必须过关。         4、要求学生背诵所学的英语对话和课文，并作好记录和评比奖励，多鼓励、多表扬，培养学生的自信心。         5、多操练对话，让学生真正做到学了会用、为用而学、在用中学的学习思想。         通过这次考试，我也找到了学生们学习的薄弱之处，并在反思有效的解决方法。从而保证在今后的教学中，适时地拿出行之有效的教学方法和手段, 力争使每个学生不掉队，跟上节奏，有所进步。

一、试卷难易程度分析 试卷整体分为两个部分，听力部分和笔试部分，听力部分共四个大题，题目难度较之前有所增加，笔试部分共六个大题，相比较平时做的题目，前五个相对简单，最后增加了作文题，难度略微上升。 二、学生成绩分析 四年级共三个班，共100个学生，其中100分四一班2人，四二班1人，四三班1人，共3人；90～100分四一班14人，四二班7人，四三班5人，共26人；80～90分四一班10人，四二班9人，四三班8人，共28人；70～80分四一班5人，四二班5人，四三班8人，共18人；60～70分四一班1人，四二班5人，四三班6人，共12人；及格人数共85人，60分以下四一班9人，四二班14人，四三班15人，不及格人数共38人。四一班最高分100分，最低分30分；四二班最高分100分，最低分24分；四三班最高分100分，最低分20分。四一班优秀人数共20人，优秀率49，及格人数共30人，及格率78，平均分77；四二班优秀人数共14人，优秀率34，及格人数共27人，及格率66，平均分69；四三班优秀人数9人，优秀率21，及格人数28人，及格率65，平均分66。 三、题目分析 听力部分整体看起来难度有所增加，第一题由“听录音选出你所听到的单词”改为“听录音选出你所听句子中包含的单词”，即以前是念一个单词，现在是念一个句子，难度无形中有所增加。第二题“听录音选出你所听到的句子”取消了，原本的第三题“听录音判断图片内容与所听内容是否相符”移到第二题，原本的第四题“听录音选择合适的答语”移为第三题，第四题增加为“听录音选择正确的答案”，这个题在四个听力题中难度最大，每一个小题都是念一小段短文，然后选答案。增加了选出正确答案的干扰性，对于基础较薄弱的学生来说，难度相对较大，对于基础较好的学生来说，难度有所增加，但不影响选出正确答案。笔试部分第一大题是给方框中的单词归类，五个小题五个选项，从某种程度上来说，题目是简单了，但平时做的题是选出不同类的一项，虽然是同一类型的题，但变换了说法，学生没有做过一模一样的题目，对于后进生来说相对较难。第二大题是根据图片及首字母提示补全句子，这个题主要考察单词的掌握，相对来说较简单，容易得分儿，但对于程度较差的同学和写字较差的同学来说仍有不同程度的失分儿情况。程度较差的学生单词不会写失分会相对严重，本题考查的单词都是单词表上的单词，只要单词背会，基本可以拿到分数，以后还是要督促学生多背书，程度较差的学生更要抓基础。第三大题是情景交际，这道题较简单，只要抓住题眼，基本上可以做对拿分儿，失分率较低。第四大题是补全对话题，做这类题要掌握做题方法，比如说排除法，代入法，联系上下文意思等，在以后评讲习题过程中，要多教方法，贯穿到讲题过程中，让学生理解并运用做题技巧。第五大题是阅读理解题，相对平时做的阅读理解难度基本相当，但需要联系上下文理解来远处正确答案，不能只通过定位对比题目来找答案，需要理解课文的意思，并做适当的分析才行，在以后的教学过程中要多培养学生的逻辑思维分析能力。第六大题是看图仿照例子写句子，这个题是教材中的重点知识，考前反复强调的内容，优等生基本上可以做对，中等以下的学生举一反三能力太差，造成失分儿严重。以后要多关注中等生，还要拉一拉后进生，不抛弃不放弃每一个学生。四、应对措施 为了进一步加强英语教学，提高英语教学质量，在以后的教学中应从以下几点渗透入手： 1、加强词汇教学。包括单词拼写，词义记忆，要尽量让学生能熟练地用英语读和写；会用英语思考。 2、重视基本语法教学。有必要对语法进行梳理学习，或通过造句，评讲习题等形式进一步巩固，一定要把基本语法结合所精选的练习讲深讲透。3、关注后进生的学习，组成帮扶小组，优带差，帮助他们形成良好的学习习惯，提高后进生的学习兴趣，增加他们学习的自信心，进一步提高成绩。4、备课更细致，重点要备学生，设计好课堂环节，把握好时间，提高课堂效率；教学中继续狠抓基础，讲课与练习做到重点突出，反复练习5、平时练习中适当让学生交流一下做题技巧，老师给予指导；并适时的对相关知识进行总结。6、进一步培养阅读能力。在平时的教学中，要在扎实和活用语言上下工夫，要在听、说的基础上，抓好读、写的训练，特别是要注意重对学生单词书写掌握情况的反馈考查，要注重帮助学生积累知识，打好扎实的语言基础。7、要适当增加语言的输入量，拓展学生的知识面。在教学中，不仅要学好书本知识，还要适当增加一些听、读语言材料。 在接下来的教学过程中，要更认真更努力，带着学生们备战期末，希望期末考出满意的成绩，给第一届学生交上一份满意的答卷，为第一年的教学工作画上一个圆满的句号。要加油吖～
