我购买了流利说少儿英语总共10个级别的课程（自然拼读+AI外教场景课），流利号：985478470。 我对流利说的产品和服务非常的不满意，极其不满意。先说结论：流利说英语这家公司涉嫌服务期间违约（纸质教材缺失），而且完全没有一点点要解决事情的诚意。我厌恶这家公司。 1、套餐里面包含的纸质课本，没有兑现。现在我需要AI外教场景课L5-1、L6-1和L6-2的纸质教材，流利说少儿英语的客服说现在教材已经缺货了，而且不会再补货。【我钱给了，但是东西缺货就不补货？】 2、我们缺了三大部分的纸质教材（教材+练习册预计是24本），他们第一次说给我们补偿的是：电子教材+两样礼品。这两样礼品是五选二（笔记本、福袋、中性笔、抱枕、周课体验课）。【我缺了这么多教材，你就给我补这些？还五选二？我已经有APP了，还需要你的电子教材？】 3、我买了流利说少儿英语10个级别的课程，已经是包含流利说少儿英语APP里面的所有课程了，你给我补偿“周课体验课”？ 4、我连续多次打电话跟客服沟通，我说这样的补偿方案不行的，我缺了这么多纸质教材，你只给我补线上的教材和那些无关重要的礼品。所以，我也提出两个解决方案：1、流利说英语公司既然提供了电子教材，那麻烦你们帮我打印成彩色的，再给我邮寄过来；2、我自己拿电子教材去打印彩色的，然后流利说来报销。【我缺了大概24本教材，这点要求不过分吧？】。但是，他们能提供的只有黑白打印的教材，如果我自己打印不给报销。呵呵呵呵....... 流利说英语作为一家上市公司，连彩色打印机都没有的吗？我都不要求你们给我提供原版的书籍了，连打印彩色的纸张都不行了？ 你们当初产品不完善的时候，我坚持选择你们的产品，是因为我觉得你们公司靠谱、够专业。但是，实际使用下来，我觉得你们公司的产品并不够专业和靠谱【我对这个结论负责】。而且，通过这次流利说少儿英语的教材缺失的事情之后，我觉得你们的售后服务也不靠谱，而且非常没有诚意。流利说作为一家在英语培训行业运营这么久的上市公司，一点要解决事情的诚意都没有。 我希望流利说少儿英语的相关工作人员出来给我一个解释，为什么作为一家上市公司要这么傲慢？是不是真的【没有彩色打印机】？如果我有说错的，我希望你们可以打我的脸。

2013年上线的英语流利说APP，2014年6月就获得了1000万注册用户，2017年7月注册用户达到4500万，用户规模持续增长。英语流利说的免费课程包括口语课、配音课以其内容丰富，个性有趣的特性为用户提供了一个轻松愉快的使用场景。但部分用户却反映英语流利说使用起来效率不高，口语改善功能较为鸡肋。为了更加全面地了解这款产品，并思考怎样改进其功能才能提高用户满意度，本文针对部分免费课程提出一些改进意见，希望英语流利说越来越好，可持续发展~ 一 产品分析 （一）功能结构图 （二）产品功能分析 1.产品迭代 APP会通过对产品功能的增加、减少和优化来提升用户体验。 从英语流利说产品的迭代路径可以看出，英语流利说的产品定位是比较清晰的，从版本4.0到现在的6.2.1一直围绕着口语学习，通过优化发音反馈，增加发音攻略和情景实战课等不断优化口语练习体验。 主要几个重大的迭代点分别是： 2017年4月13号，英语流利说发布5.0版，在主界面上增加【定制学】板块，开始为用户提供个性化定制的付费英语学习方案 ，如下图。此时英语流利说已经有超过2500万的注册用户，这时候出现的付费课程懂你英语是一个很好的营收渠道，懂你英语为想要系统提升自己英语水平但不知道怎么系统学习的用户提供了定制化的方案，也拓宽了英语流利说的产品功能，从单纯的口语流利度训练进化到了全方位的课程学习，满足了更多用户的需求。 此外，在最新发布的6.2.1版本中，英语流利说开通配音课评论区，用户可以在别人的配音作品下评论并且探讨口语技巧，并且新增打卡至朋友圈功能和微信通知打卡功能， 进一步引入轻社交机制，在激发普通用户英语学习兴趣的同时，也可以利用社交间的关系、粉丝效应等提高用户活跃度。 2.功能-体验场景-用户期望 但各种需求和对应功能可能不是一一对应的，比如配音课可以不止能满足用户对模仿明星发音的好奇心需求，也可以满足提高用户口语流利度的需求，甚至还能让用户了解在某些场合可以用什么英语表达。再比如用户想要提高口语发音标准度的需求不仅能从学习口语课中被满足，也能在配音课和情景实战课中被满足。但用户在体验APP的时候，对某些特定功能都会有一个基本的期望值。若是该功能达到了这个期望值，用户就会认为这个功能是不错的。如果这个功能超出了其期望值，用户就会觉得惊喜，从而用户忠诚度也会提高。本文从功能-用户体验场景-用户期望的框架着手分析英语流利说的部分功能。 英语流利说的核心功能有口语课、配音课和懂你英语定制课三大模块 。主要的付费课程来自于懂你英语和训练营的定制课程。自懂你英语APP自2016年7月上线之后，英语流利说的懂你英语定制课部分核心功能转移到懂你英语APP。因此 本文主要对英语流利说的轻松学部分功能进行体验分析，提出口语课、配音课以及打卡功能的完善建议。 1.口语课功能分析 用户主要通过口语课的“修炼+闯关”模式学习常用语境下的英语口语，以达到了解常用口语用法、纠正自己口语发音的目的。 口语课使用流程 1.1口语课入口 口语课的入口在轻松学的口语课推荐板块，包含多个主题，包括旅游出行、面试口语、留学必备等。用户可以选择自己感兴趣的主题进行学习和闯关练习，还可以根据自身情况选择训练难度，低阶到高阶分别是小成、进阶和大师。 1.2修炼闯关 口语课应用了游戏闯关解锁和社交元素，用户必须在完成一定任务后才能开启下一关卡，内容分为修炼和闯关两部分。 在修炼阶段，用户在选择课程后，就可以模仿系统发音进行录音。英语流利说会根据单词的发音、声调和断句来判断用户的口语是否准确，同时给出评分，若是发音不准的单词会用红色标出，正确的单词则用绿色，发音正确时不仅能得到较高分数还能获得5个金币，作为参与学习和活动获得的奖励（用户可以通过练习口语课、分享录音或者配音作品、参加比赛活动等方式获得金币），可以在英语流利说的金币商城里用来兑换周边礼品及付费课程。等用户认为自己已经熟练后，就可以开始闯关。可以选择单人模式也可以选择对话模式，应用同样会根据发音、声调和停顿来评分，对用户发音不准的单词会显示红色，点击该单词可以查看该单词的正确发音和详细释义，并且可以收藏到单词本以供以后复习。最后应用会根据评分判断用户是否闯关成功。 1.3闯关成绩单 闯关成功后，英语流利说将会从发音、节奏、流利度和正确了四个放心啊来进行综合评分，应用将挑选出闯关过程中表现最佳的句子、需加强的句子和需要加强的单词以供用户改进。用户还可以在成绩单部分回顾自己每一个句子的表现情况，并在排行榜查看自己的得分排名。在我的课程—已完成课程里可以查看自己已经闯关成功的课程。 1.4口语课改进建议 用户闯关成功之后，再重新进入已闯关完成关卡时，需要再闯关一次才能看到自己之前的成绩单和自己的录音，如图1-1所示，并且成绩会覆盖之前的成绩，只显示一个最高得分，用户想要直接查看自己的录音并针对需要改进的句子进行训练会比较麻烦，也很没有效率，长时间下来，用户可能失去耐心，从而对APP失去信心。 如果用户在查看“我的课程—已完成课程”时可以选择直接跳过闯关部分查看自己的成绩单， 用户可以随时回顾 自己薄弱单词发音部分并进行重点突破，再通过重新闯关验证自己的提升。如图1-2所示。1.5总结 口语课通过“练习+闯关”模式循序渐进地让用户练习英语口语，原声慢速播放、中英文字幕显示、系统自动评分以及单词发音指导等功能也让口语课的练习体验更加顺畅。在练习部分增加【查看我的成绩单】选项可以让用户对之前的发音进行复习和改正，省去了再次闯关的步骤，节省了用户的时间。 2.配音课功能分析 2.1配音课入口 为了能让更多的用户参与进来，英语流利说配音课覆盖了多个内容，包括影视剧、纪录片、TED等，用户还能 根据自己的喜好搜索感兴趣的配音资源 ，用户可以模仿影视原声并形成自己的配音，预览自己的配音觉得不错的话还可以分享到朋友圈、新浪微博等社交圈，每分享一次可以获得10个金币。 2.2评分机制 每句配音应用都会根据用户的发音等进行打分，用星星颗数来进行分级（一颗星到三颗星，一颗星代表发音问题较大，三颗星代表发音比较好）。应用还设置了星星榜、金币榜、闯关耐力榜、单日速度榜以及单日录音榜来鼓励用户持续参与。 2.3改进建议 （1） 课程分类杂乱，用户很难快速找到自己需要的资源 配音课的分类为动画、电影、演讲、美剧、爱情、喜剧、青春、广告、纪录片、特别企划、励志、经典、科幻、家庭、动作和最新课程。课程分类标准不统一，也不符合用户平时查找类似资源的习惯（比如在优酷、爱奇艺上查找影视资源，。比如按分类查找配音课资源的时候用户较难在相应分类中找到目标资源。因此建议按配音资源内容为标准统一分类，可分成电影、电视剧、纪录片、广告、演讲、访谈、歌曲等。此外， 加入语速和音色的分类 ，例如按照配音的语速分为慢速、适中和快速，按音色分为少女、男孩、大叔、老人等选择，也可以使用户能够更加快捷的找到自己的目标资源。如图2-1和2-2所示。（2）没有发音技巧提示，简单重复模仿，效率低下 用户的录音得到一颗星或者两颗星的时候，应用并不会告诉用户该句发音或者语速哪里有问题，只是单纯给出一个用星星颗数代表的评分， 应用也不会提示发音技巧或者单词音标 ，这样用户还是不知道自己口语的具体问题在哪里，只能不断重复以尝试获取更多颗数的星星， 部分用户可能会在一遍遍跟读中失去耐心 。部分用户在 使用配音课的时候还需要使用其他APP或者上网搜查语音语调、连读、弱读和断句等技巧，或者退出配音一个个地查单词的发音，这极大地浪费了时间 ，也导致英语流利说的配音课仅仅只能达到用户的兴趣需求，而对于想要通过该app来提高口语的用户来说，想要纠正发音的需求并没有很好的被满足。 因此建议增加配音练习模式。想要配音发音更精准的用户可以先使用联系模式纠正自己的发音，待到觉得自己已经练习得不错的时候再开始配音，也可以选择直接开始配音。在练习模式给用户发音有问题的单词标红并增加发音建议的选项，用户可以点击读音有问题的单词查看音标和发音方式，点击下方“查看整句发音攻略”查看语音语调、连读弱读以及断句技巧等方面的建议，如图2-3和2-4所示。（3）建议加入双人配音模式和角色选择功能 部分配音课里有多个角色的对话，而英语流利说用户不能选择自己的角色，导致完成后的配音的代入感不强，建议在配音课入口部分增加角色设置可供用户选择。 此外，根据英语流利说的迭代路径可以看出，英语流利说在最新版本中尝试引入轻社交机制。希望在激发普通用户英语学习兴趣的同时，也可以利用社交间的关系、粉丝效应等提高用户活跃度。而配音课本身是英语流利说所有功能当中趣味性最强的一个版块，可以更直接地利用社交关系提高用户活跃度。例如在原先个人配音与机器对话的基础上，新增邀请朋友一起配音的功能。由于双人配音是合作制，用户可以邀请自己的朋友圈好友或者英语流利说用户与自己一起配音，趣味性更加丰富。用户还可以邀请好友一同制定配音计划，通过增强学习的互动来达到互相监督的目的，同时提高用户活跃度和用户粘性。 具体方案原型如下： 1)配音课增加角色扮演的选项，用户在完成练习模式或者直接点击开始配音之后进入角色选择过程，如图2-5所示。2）用户还可以邀请所选课程配音排行榜上的用户或微信好友加入配音，也可以选择系统匹配配音对手。用户选择系统匹配可以快速找到合作伙伴，也可以根据排行榜上点赞数量的多少自主选择和自己英语口语匹配的用户，甚至可以邀请自己现实中的朋友加入，有利于增加配音课用户的活跃度。如图2-6和2-7所示：2.4总结 上文从查找配音资源到开始配音再到分享配音作品各个环节提出了一些小的改进建议，目的主要是在现有基础上，让用户在查找配音资源的时候更加快捷简便；其次加强配音课的口语发音建议功能，以满足部分用户想要通过模仿明星原声来学习口语的目的；最后通过增加双人配音的功能增加配音课的趣味性，利用社交关系提高用户活跃度。 3.打卡功能分析 3.1打卡入口 在首页点击学习进度盘设置每日学习时长目标及提醒时间，每日学习时间可设置5分钟到60分钟不等，在课程中听原音和跟读都会计入学习时长，完成当日学习目标之后，将自动弹出弹窗提醒打卡，或者在每日学习目标完成后在学习首页点击“打卡”，也可以完成当日打卡。连续分享七天打卡可得付费课程。 3.2组队打卡 英语流利说可以组队打卡，选择加入组队打卡之后应用会自动自动分配队员一共四人进行组队，成功连续打卡3天即可平分2000金币，中断打卡者出局，金币由挑战成功者获得。还可以通过点击队友头像，互相关注后发送私信相互监督。金币可以在英语流利说的金币商城里用来兑换周边礼品及付费课程。 3.3改进建议 建议增加组队打卡激励机制选择，加强队友之间利益联系 英语流利说的组队打卡功能现在只能由应用自动分配队员，并且淘汰者出局剩下用户获得金币的奖励机制可能导致用户没有动力去监督自己的队员。建议可以由用户选择自发组队并邀请自己微信好友，同时增加更多激励机制的选择，比如：1.用户邀请微信好友组队成功之后有一定的金币奖励；2.实行阶梯制奖励，若是所有队员均打卡成功，奖励翻倍，每有一个队员淘汰出局，平分金币数量下降。这样用户就更有动力去互相监督打卡。 结合上文功能-用户期望的分析，用户对打卡这一功能的期望主要有两点： 首先是通过打卡记录自己坚持学习的过程，其次是通过每日打卡并分享至朋友圈向朋友自己积极学习的一面。 本文建议增加邀请微信好友组队打卡的功能，有利于监督用户每日打卡，也满足了用户通过记录和分析学习历程的社交需求。 二 总结 本文主要是从使用体验的角度针对英语流利说的口语课、配音课以及打卡功能做了简单的分析。总的来说，英语流利说个性化的设计例如打卡得金币、口语闯关练习等营造了一个轻松有趣的学习氛围，众多的配音素材也满足了一部分人的兴趣需求。本文在APP的基本功能已经成熟的基础上提出了一些细节上的改善建议，以期英语流利说APP能够带来更好的用户体验。
