How to stay healthy（写作思路：围绕健康，总分总格式）

Many people think that being healthy is a difficult task that involves lots of dieting and time at the gym, but in my oppinion that's not actually true! We all want to be fit and healthy, so here are some tips to help.

Take lots of exercise. Watching TV or playing computer games won’t make you fit, but playing sports will. You can join a club or play with your friends in a park. If you don’t like team sports,you can walk to school, go swimming or try skating instead. Regular exercise makes you feel stronger and gives you more energy.

Eat a healthy diet. Sweets, chocolate and crisps are fun to eat sometimes, but it is not good to eat them every day.These foods contain too much sugar, fat or salt. Make sure you eat vegetables, such as cabbage, with every meal, and plenty of fruit, too. Fruit and vegetables help you stay healthy and grow strong.

Only in these ways can we have a healthy body.

许多人认为保持健康是一项困难的任务，需要大量的节食和健身房的时间，但在我看来，这并不是真的！我们都想保持健康，所以这里有一些小建议可以帮助你。

A busy day

Today is my birthday and I got up early in the morning,then i helped my mother with housework.I cleaned my bedroom and cleaned the floor.Tired but happy,my friends came to my house and we had a really wonderful birthday party.In the afternoon,we went out and played in the park.Later,we went to the cinema.In the evening,we had dinner in a restaurant,Finally,i went back home and thanked my parents.

My favorite sbjuit is English because English is fun.

Then i have PE, I don't like PE, because PE is boring.

oh today is over. i go to bed at 9:30.

i don't like saturday at all. because i am too busy to enjoy myself. in the morning, i go to school to have classes from 8:00 to 11:30. in the afternoon, i play the violin with the classmates from 2 to 4. in the evening, i have to go to an evening school.when i get back, i only want to have a sound sleep. sometimes i'm as busy as a bee. i would like to have a free saturday of my own.

MY MOTHER'S DAY

my mom must be the greatest mum in the world.Since I wake up everyday morning open my eyes,I see she puts all her mind on house work,then catch the bus to start her busy day after give me the goodbye kiss.The wonderful food and sweet love is that all she gives me as a perfect mom.

She is very busy today， just like a busy bee. In the morning， I had two seccsions and after that I had a lesson for my IELTS. I don't even have my lunch. There lots of people in my IELTS class and most of them came from India. The reason why they want to attent this course is similar to me.
