根据市民的一个报道称，从3月份开始，郑州的于欢英语培训中心在刚刚参加完店庆活动缴费之后不久，学校就已经关停，然后无法上课7月份的时候，他们各个校区的一个家长群里面收到了一封告家长信，跟他们说现在这个企业已经经营不下去了，所以说现在停止上课。根据信中的一个内容说，因为公司扩张过快，所以导致资金断裂。可是这个消息却让父母们感到心存疑虑，因为他突然的关门，可是孩子们已经交过费了，现在却没有课可以上。如果是因为资金链断裂的话，那么他们近期搞活动的时候，收了很多家长的一个学费，那这些钱都去哪里了？而且他们几乎都是大额存，有一位王女士说，从2017年开始，他的两个孩子就在这里学习课程，前段时间她参加了存10万送45000的一个活动。因为校方说这些钱可以让孩子上到小学毕业，他想着孩子既然喜欢的话，课程又有效果，所以说他就放心的存了10万。而在今年的一个校庆优惠活动当中，很多的父母都至少存了6000块钱以上，甚至上万的一个不等的学费。据某位家长统计的一张不完全缴费名单图当中，他们今年没有上课的一个课时有三十二万多节。目前这些人全部都已经报警了，并且向警方报案，把这些材料全部都提交给了公安局，还在进一步的调查当中。根据律师的一个说法，他们现在店面处于一个长期关停的情况，是属于违约状态的，因为他们交钱的时候，肯定都是有签合同的，所以说可以起诉这个学校去要求退费，并且让他们承担违约的责任。我说他们在短时间之内没有办法恢复正常，也没有办法给学生上课的话，那就可以理解为不再履行合同，也就是说违约了。

当然不是了。口语 这东西，学了之后不用或者不联系，慢慢就会生疏的。如果学口语为应付考试的话，培训班会好一些，如果为了工作或者生活，建议先从发音练起（书店里面发音的书带MP3光盘的就可以）。发音可以了之后，试着听一些慢速英语（例如VOA慢速英语），跟着它的调调说，时间长了就会有那种语调，感觉说出来不是特别想中国式英语了。时间一定要花，多听多练，时间长了口语自然就好了。
