流星又来临 无意识可以说是潜意识的一部分,但不等于潜意识。无意识是处于某种本能的行为,属于潜意识所支配的一部分。一件事情做熟练了后会慢慢变成习惯,习惯会成自然,自然成本能,而本能你可以理解为从左脑向右脑过渡的一个结果。这时候你不用意识去控制,就会自动完成,简单地说就是自动化。打个比方,我们学自行车,刚开始不会时意识要时刻控制身体去学习感受控制它,当你学会时你根本就不用去控制你的脚去踩,属于本能无意识行为。你的第三个问题潜意识概念确实是佛洛依德提出来的,据说研究塔罗牌的第一人几是他的徒弟,理论就是根据他的潜意识拓展出来的。如果你再细分的话,潜意识可以分成很多的类别,就像一个菜单,下面有很多下的分类,给你看些资料,或许可以让你了解得更多:看看潜意识到底是什么?弗罗伊德把心灵比喻为一座冰山,浮出水面的是少部分,代表意识,而埋藏在水面之下的大部份,则是潜意识。他认为人的言行举止,只有少部分是意识在控制的,其它大部分都是由潜意识所主宰,而且是主动地运作,人却没有觉察到。当一个人处于正常的状态下,比较难以窥见潜意识的运作,这时,梦是最好的观察潜意识活动的管道。但是在罹患精神疾病者身上,我们可以看到潜意识的作用非常地尖锐,例如无法解释的焦虑、违反理性的欲望、超越常情的恐惧、无法控制的强迫性冲动,明显地看见意识的力量如此微弱,潜意识的力量像台风一般横扫一切。然而潜意识并非如此负面,只是在病人的身上较容易观察而已。潜意识有更大的神奇力量,可以经由学习,来让意识运用的。一个人的进化程度,与他运用潜意识力量的能力成正比。以下我要借用阿沙吉欧力(Roberto Assagioli)的蛋形图表,是我很喜欢的心灵结构模型,来介绍潜意识。阿沙吉欧力 (1888-1974),是超个人心理学的先驱,基于丰富的临床经验及深入接触东方思想,发展出融汇东西方心理学的体系。 1.低层潜意识2.中层潜意识3.高层潜意识4.意识界5.意识的中心,自我6.高层自我,超个人自我,真我7.集体潜意识 (注:虚线表示不同的区域可以彼此渗透,例如潜意识的内容可以进入意识,反之亦然。而且,每个区域也都有扩大、缩小的可能。)1、低层潜意识 层潜意识是本能、冲动、驱力、生理机械反应的世界。人体的生理机能不需要意识来管理,身体自己会呼吸,肠胃自己会消化,心脏自己会跳动,脑下垂体自己监管各种贺尔蒙的分泌,免疫系统自动防御入侵体内的细菌、病毒,这一切都由低层潜意识包办了。所以低层潜意识虽然说是「低层」,它的运作其实是非常高级而复杂。管理身体运作这个部分,低层潜意识向来是做得很好,对于维持人体健康贡献良多。人会生病,通常还是受到了意识的不当干扰呢!低层潜意识是藏量无限的记忆库,人的一生大大小小、巨细靡遗的记忆全部储存于此,甚至多生多世的记忆也安然保存于此。低层潜意识也是兽性、本能的世界,是人类原始而不文明的部分,是犯罪及暴力行为的源头。低层潜意识容纳了所有不被意识接受的压抑,因而形成了恐惧症、强迫性的思想行为、妄想、幻觉及噩梦。这个部分的低层潜意识没有逻辑、理性,而以强烈、动态、隐讳的姿态,犹如地球核心高温高压的岩浆在汹涌翻腾,日夜不休。弗罗伊德的精神分析理论有时也称为「深度心理学」,特别热衷于挖掘低层潜意识。弗罗伊德曾在致友人信中说:「我只对人的地下室有兴趣。」如果偏狭地只以低层潜意识来诠释整个人,难免会陷入悲观倾向及化约论的观点。这正是为什么后来即使是精神分析的门人也不断修正弗罗伊德的理论。如方东美先生说的,心理学要有深度,也要有高度。(注)二、中层潜意识精神分析学派称为「前意识」(pre-consciousness),是指平常没有存放在意识的材料,只要我们进行回忆、思考、表达就能调动出来的,这些材料就是位于中层潜意识。例如,「你的行动电话号码是?」「你的高一导师叫什么名字?」「你的第一个男朋友是谁?」诸如此类。这些问题还没提出之前,资料并不在你的意识,而是储存在中层潜意识。意识和中层潜意识之间并没有鸿沟,很容易藉着反省而引入意识层次,有时一个反问就足够了。凡是埋藏在低层潜意识的,就很难发觉,这是心理治疗者最大的挑战了。三.高层潜意识当一个作家埋首疾书,灵感源源不绝,佳句连篇,字字珠玑,事后,连自己都很惊讶:「我怎么能写得这么好?简直如有神助。」这时,我们可以说,在那当下他接通了高层潜意识,达到平常状态下不能臻至的境地。阿米埃的秘密日记里提到:「有一回夜里,在北海荦确的岸上,我仰卧沙滩,游目于天河----那时我像是能手扪星辰,拥有无限!在神圣的瞬间、出神的片刻,思想飞越世界,以海洋般广大、安静、深沉的气息呼吸,与苍穹一样澄清无垠----这是不可抗拒的直觉当下。我觉得自己与宇宙一样大,与神一般宁静……」这时,我们可以说,阿米埃接通了高层潜意识。自从一八四五年德国化学家霍夫曼发现苯之后,许多化学家绞尽脑汁要破解它的分子结构,然而对当时的人类从未想到环状的分子结构是可能的存在,所以化学家们纷纷撞壁而相继放弃。一八六五年某个寒夜,已经研究多年不肯罢手的化学家库凯里在一整天日徒劳无功的探索后,歪在火炉边打盹,意识滑入梦乡,然后,奇怪的事情发生了,他在梦中看见一大堆原子在眼前雀跃,其中有一群原子排成长长的炼,在那儿扭动、盘卷,再仔细一看,啊!是一条蛇咬住自己的尾巴,而且得意洋洋地在他面前猛烈旋转!像被闪电击中,库凯里立刻惊醒,领悟到苯的分子结构是前人未曾梦想过的封闭环状,难怪那些抱持旧有的开放式炼状观点来研究的专家通通碰了一鼻子灰。从此,化学研究也因为这个革命性的发现而进入新的里程碑。在那个看见蛇咬尾巴的梦境中,库凯里领悟到苯的环状结构式,这时,我们可以说,在那当下他接通了高层潜意识。清凉文益来参访着名的禅师罗汉桂琛,没有收获,临行前,罗汉桂琛问清凉文益:「你常常说三界唯心,那我问你,院子里那块石头是在心里面,还是心外面?」清凉文益当时还没开悟,就按照逻辑回答说:「既然三界唯心,所以那块石头在心内。」罗汉桂琛就笑说:「你这个修行人把那么大的石头放在心上不累啊!」清凉文益楞在那儿不知如何回答,就留下来跟着罗汉桂琛参禅。一个多月后,他把领悟的道理说给罗汉桂琛,罗汉桂琛摇摇头说:「佛法不是这样的。」清凉文益说:「我撞到铜墙铁壁,辞穷理绝了。」这时,罗汉桂琛说:「若论佛法,一切现成。」清凉文益当下开悟。在他听到「一切现成」的当下,我们可以说,他接通了高层潜意识无与伦比的智慧泉源。多年以前,我在静坐时,忽然整个人的身体感觉完全消失,融入无边无际的喜悦中,好像一粒水分子置身于海洋,与宇宙合一,却清清楚楚觉知自我的存在。那时候,我感觉众生一体是如此明明白白的,人类应该相亲相爱,宽恕并爱你的仇敌是不言自明的平常事啊!虽然这美妙的境界只维持了一夜,却成为影响我未来人生方向的关键。可以说,那一夜,我接通了高层潜意识。从以上这几个例子,可以知道,高层潜意识是灵感、智慧、直觉、洞见、悟道、神圣、慈悲的世界。高层潜意识,等同于我喜欢用的「超意识」一词。在催眠状态中,一旦接通了高层潜意识,就会产生很多奇妙的现象,以及令人惊叹的治疗效果。我相信,艺术创作、深刻创见、先进科技的突破、人格的转变、思想、技艺的融汇贯通、忘我、无私的奉献、价值观改变、博爱义行、为远大理想献身的热情……都源自这儿。马斯洛说:「人格中早就存有种『高级电路』,就像低层潜意识一样,操纵了我们的喜怒哀乐。高峰经验、创造能力、美学观点以及灵性修持,都是这些高层能力的表现,它是实现比我们内显的完善境界的自然趋向。」四.意识界意识界的内容毋须多加解释,就是我们此时此刻所直接意识到的东西,例如感受、念头、情绪、欲望、意象、冲动、记忆、期待、计划等等,随着我们觉知焦点的改变,内涵也不断变化着。意识界可以扩大可以缩小,因此在蛋形图中以虚线表达。五.意识的中心自我这个自我是我们现在的意识的中枢,是自我认同的中心。用最简单的话来说,就是平常时候我们所以为的我,我自己喜欢用「小我」来描述。六.高层自我 (超个人的自我) 相对于意识的中心自我,高层自我是灵性的我,是真正的我,前者是小我,后者是大我。小我是意识界的中心,也是人格的中心;高层自我则是高层潜意识的中心,所涵摄的层面更为辽阔。非常可惜的是,大多数人终其一生都活在小我之中,浑然不觉有大我的存在。高层自我是阿沙吉欧力的用语,他有时也用超个人自我、真我、泉源、核心、顶峰这些词汇来描述,其它的学者专家也各有偏好的词汇来形容,例如容格称之为未发现的真我、原型之真我,爱默生称之为超越之灵,当今许多学者延用容格及阿沙吉欧力的词汇,以英文大写的Self来表达高层的自我,小写的self来形容个人性的自我或意识的主体。除此之外,古今中外无数的宗教、灵性文明也都探讨了高层自我,例如佛教称之为佛性、真人、本来面目,印度教称之为梵,新时代称之为Higher Self。7.集体潜意识集体潜意识是指超越个体的存在,进入宇宙性的存在,彷佛所有生命的历练、智慧全部汇整于此,包含了人类、各种动物、植物,如果有外星人的存在,有不同空间的生命体存在,如果有各种佛、神、鬼、精灵、上帝的存在,那么,都是集体潜意识的一部份。注:方东美先生把心理学区分为「深度心理学」(心理分析)、「平面心理学」(一般学院式的心理学)、「高度心理学」(超越性心理学)。本文摘自廖阅鹏老师着《催眠圣经》第15页潜意识之家:个人认为潜意识是真实的自己,只是熟睡了而已。参考资料:
