Application of drawbackDear Amazon's cloud servicesCompany,My credit card has been charged forUSD53.57 for service charge of one month by your company on 3 Dec, 2015. Untilthis, I didn’t recognize that I have an account at Amazon’s cloud service.I have got a free charge for one yearwhen I apply the account. But after I applied the account, I realized theservice terms is not so clear to me, and I can not totally understand thefunction of each service and it’s cost. So I never log in and use it, there isno business and cloud service for my account, which means I never enjoyed any ofthe service. What’s more, I consider I will not use it in the future. Only nowwhen I was informed that Amazon charges me the cost,then did I log in and learnthe terms of cost.Now I request Amazon to return the cost charged from me back, which means the53.57USD charged from my credit cardBelow are the reasons:1. Even though I applythe account, but I never log in, never use it for any business. I didn’t useany services provided by Amazon, and my account didn’t make any extra troubleor burden to Amazon. And I will not use it in the future.2. There is no alarm ornotification from Amazon to me to warn the free trials is out of time, noemail, no phone call, no SMS3. This charging way isnot in according with Chinese routine, while in China, any mature company hasit’s notification for it’s service chargeI hope Amazon will learn the status carefully and return the money back.
