项目投资决策作为项目前期重要工作,对项目成败起到至关重要的决定性作用,而科学、合理的决策方法是投资决策的重要保障。本文的研究意义在于,通过科学、合理、有效的方法,对项目的前期投资进行决策,从而达到减少不必要的损失的目的,并且最大限度的降低风险损失。本文研究范畴是项目建设的开端环节,也是最关键的环节-投资决策。为了顺利实现研究目的,本文按照“提出问题、分析问题、解决问题、应用检验以及得出结论”的技术路线展开研究。针对传统的项目投资决策中存在的理论研究有待完善的问题,本文在回顾前人研究的基础上,提出了以主成分分析法与回归分析法相结合的方法,将其应用到投资决策这个复杂的、主观的决策问题中来。通过研究,本文认为主成分分析法与回归分析法相结合,应用到项目前期投资决策中去,是可行、合理的,它为项目投资决策提供了一个新的方法。可以预见,项目前期投资决策这个热点将会受到持续的高度关注,会在不久的将来有更多的合理、科学、简便的方法可以应用到其中来。关键词:投资决策,主成分分析法,回归分析法,净现值法,现值指数法,内含报酬率法、统计年鉴Project investment decision as a major work projects, has a crucial and decisive effect on the success or failure of the project, scientific, rational decision-making methods are important guarantees for investment decisions.
