上午10点用am的表示方法：10：00am。

am为ante meridiem的缩写，ante做前缀，意思跟before相近。在12小时制式时间中，指午前，12点之前。在英语时间表达法中，若想表明是上午，可在时间后加上am。若想表明是下午，可在时间后加上pm。如：four o‘clock pm（下午四点）。

英语时间的5种表达方式：

1、用“小时+分钟”直接阅读所有时间。

2、如果所描述的时间是半小时以内，则可使用"分钟+ past+小时。

3、如果所提出的时间是半小时，则可用（相差的）分钟+ to+（下一个小时）来表示。

4、如果所规定的时间正好是半小时，则可使用“half+ past+小时”。

5、15分钟也叫一刻钟。
