英语by的用法

by的意思有靠近；通过；被；经由；不迟于；经过；在旁边；靠近。用法如下：

1、表示场所，意为“在……旁边”“在……近旁”“在……手边”，此时要注意它与介词near有所不同，即by表示的距离更“近”。

2、表示动词执行者，主要用于被动语态。
