To construct harmony in a class, first, we need a good organizer. The person must be kindhearted, helpful and have a strong sense of responsibility. His charming characteristics would lead to students' joint efforts. Secondly, we need a unified aim. If all of the students aim at improving their academic achievement, then they would have motivation to study and same topics to discuss. Thirdly, we need fund for encouragement. If students make progress, reward them with little gifts，which might as well turn to be motivation of study. Last but not the least, we can organize activities, such as outing, picnics, or visits paid to people in need. In this way, we can also cultivate our love for others and we wil learn how to cherish people around us.

这样的作文应该找准要点，班级无非是由学生和老师两部分组成，着重从这两点发掘就好了。For teachers1,teacher should have good ethic devotion.he or she shoud be patient and careful ,be passionate and warmhearted with students,treating them as friends or even biological children,not just students.care about their study as well as their health and emotions.2,teacher should be a controller of the whole class.he or she must make sure that all the students are obedient to the class disciplines .3,teachers have to be knowledgeable and resourceful ,they should have their own teaching styles and special metholds, so as to arouse the students'interests and passions for study.4,teachers also should develop the ability to deal with something unexpected or something disharmonious ,such as the fights ,quarrels beween students.对于学生1，keep in mind that study is the most important ,students should try to create good studying atomosphere and environment.2,try to obey the class disciplines and develop good realtionship with classmates,try to help each others ,care about each others.3,respect teachers ,no matter in class or after class.4,unity is very imprtant.everyone is a component of the class,students ought to be united together tightly ,only in this way ,can we build a harmonious class. 差不多就这些吧，我也想不起别的了。呵呵
