全世界：就是世界 the world. 如果要主管强调语气，用 all the wrold 也是可以接受的。across the world 也是一个形象的表述。形容词也可以“全球”， global全中国：all over the country in China 或 across the country of China 都可以非专有名词前要加定冠词或不定冠词。the world 是特指人类的世界，固定用法！
