It has achieved automatic officing and and long distance office/home officing. Automatic online-officing have been helping people from getting away from complicated, nonlogical and noneffective tasks in order to perform core tasks. It has been improving efficiency in companies and also information control, lowering office costs, rised effectiveness, and makes management to perfection.The first part of this paper will discuss the automatic officing system and its need and analytical information, and it will also give people an understanding of the entire system. The second part will adress the plan and design of this system, and makes sure the models needed.
