have/take/eat/grab a meal,用meal的话前面要加冠词the或者a。前三种比较常见和普遍,grab是日常说话以及比较随意的写作常用语,应该还有别的动词可以让句子显得不那么死板和小学两年级但是我一时想不起来|||表示吞或者塞填的意思的动词大多都可以加在“餐饭”之前表示“吃”的意思。然后一日三餐的话就是have/take/eat/grab+breakfast/lunch/supper/dinner,我记得貌似晚餐的两种说法差别在于英式美式。
