直接说第五的话可以用fifth，若说第五（课）的话，可以用thefifthlesson也可用lessonfive。序数前要带定冠词the！
不是因为后面出现 increase 这个动词。不少人都错误的认为including 是现在分词或者动名词。实际上including 可以是一个介词。它的用法和其它一些介词用法相同，后面可以接名词或者代词作宾语。
