When load currents exceeds the preset trip level,red LED remain illuminates当负载电流超过预设电流时,红色LED示灯持续点亮,and after the preset time,the device trips当超过预设时间后装置跳闸,and changes internal SPDT relay contacts 断开继电器内部触点接触.Red LED remains illuminated indicating an overload trip has occurred红色指示灯仍然点亮以表明发生过一次过载跳闸 .Until manual or remote electrical reset by interupting supply ,is initiated. 直到手动或者遥控控制中断继电器进行重设之后才解除。If load current falls off below setpoint before the preset delay ,device resets trip timer.如果负载电流在预设时间内回落到设置点以下,那么装置将重新进行跳闸时间计时。 With the visual aid of LED, flashing at 100% of preset load , actual load currents can be determined without the aid of Ammeter.通过二极管所指示其实际负载与设定负载的百分比,我们可以不使用安培表而确定实际的负载电流 TEST button provides the means of testing service-worthiness and integrity of the device.“测试”按钮用来进行服务性检测和测试装置的完整性。Internal realy is energized in mormal operation condition (fail-safe)and will not become ready mode with either supply lost or own failure. 内部继电器在不正常状况下激活(失效模式),但是其在无电源供给和自身故障的时候不回处于预备状态。Starting delay time range :0.2-30 seconds 启动延迟的时间范围0.2-30sTrip delay time range :0.2-10 seconds.May be used as electronic shearpin by setting trip time to minimum. 跳闸时间范围:0.2-10s. 可将跳闸时间设置为最小用作电子安全销How to set up 使用调整:1.When cimmissioning ,set start delay time(D-Time knob)to known motor run-up time ,or to the maximum, if not known. 接入电机回路后,根据电机实际启动时间设置启动延迟时间(D-时间旋钮),不知道时设置为最大。2.Set trip delay time (O-Time knob)to desired trip time 将跳闸时间(O-时间旋钮)设置为所需时间。3.Set load currents (LOAD knob)at the rated full load or desired currents. 将负载电流(LOAD旋钮)设置为满负载或所需负载电流档位。4.With connections made and control power on, depress TEST button and hold.Verify the red LED illuminates and the internal relay should switch contacts after the sum of D-Time and O-Time.Depress RESET button. 把所有接头接好供上电,按住面板上TEST按钮,在经过启动延迟+跳闸延迟的时间后,面板上红色指示灯会亮并且内部继电器会作动触点。按下RESET键进行重设。5.Start the motor and notice run-up time .Then,slowly turn the LOAD knob CCW,until the LED flashes,where the 100% of the actual load currents is indicated . Set the LOAD knob to the desired trip currents. 110-125% setting of running current is recommended. 启动电机并且记录下启动所花时间。然后缓慢的将LOAD旋钮逆时针旋转直到红色指示灯点亮表明所设电流即为此时实际负载电流。将负载旋钮调到所需的位置,建议为运转电流的110-125%。6.Reset D-Time knob setting to normal run-up time. 将启动时间旋钮调到实际的启动时间位置。7.Periodic testing of TEST button is recommended to ensure the full protection and regularly as a Preventive Maintenance.建议定期的使用TEST按钮做为一种预防性维护来确保所有保护功能的正常。
