ear sir, I write this letter to thank you for inviting me to visit you school. When I arrived your school in the afternoon yesterday, students were studying in the classroom very carefully. It was very sillent in class excpect teachers'voice. And then I went to your labrotories, there are varieties of instruments suited most kinds of teaching.Passing by the playground, I saw students playing all kinds of sports full of energy. I think students studying in your school could accept a well education for all round development. In general, I appreciate the teaching environment and teaching attitude in your school which most expressed me. And I hope you can come to my school if you are free, I will show you around at the time. Of course I will felt very happy if you give me some advice for my school. Yours, ABC

To Whom This May Concern,I am writing today to express my sincere wish that my family could be the host family for the visiting middle/high school student from Australia. I am currently a middle/high school student myself and Englsh is one of my favorite subjects. Despite of cultural differences between China and Australia, as peers, the student(s) from Australia and I will have a lot of things in common. I do not have any problems in communicating in English. Moreover, I know quite a lot about Australia from both my sister who is currently studying at a university in Australia and from my parents who got their Ph.D. degrees from universities in Australia in the 1990s. I live with my parents in a 4-bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms, one family room, and one sitting room. With my sister being away, we have two extra bedrooms. Space is not an issue for my family to host the student from Australia. Moreover, I have one additional advantage, that is, I am outgoing, like to make friends. During spare time, I will take the visiting student to my friends' parties as well as to visit various well-known places in the city. I am quite certain that with my personality and my family background, the visiting student from Australia will never get bored and will make his/her visit a good memory for the rest of his/her life.Thank you for your consideration.Sincerely yours,XXX
