a little / a bit / a little bit 在语法和使用上可以说是完全没差别的，看个人习惯怎么用罢了。I am a little tired.I am a bit hungry.The price is a little bit high.She is a bit shy.Give him just a little bit. 这些句子中都表达了 “有一点儿”，也可以完全互换使用。另外 kind of 在某些句型也被解释为“有一点儿”，和它近似的还有 sort of 也一样。例如：I'm kind of busy. 明明就在忙，不好意思说得太僵硬，就添上了"kind of" （或sort of）以缓冲下语气。和近年流行语中的 " 貌似" 有点像。和 上面那组 a little bit 相比，很明显地 kind of / sort of 后面一定必须跟着形容词，无法置于句尾。
