如果没过半小时，比如23:25，还可以用第三种表达方式：twenty-five past twenty-three
我看到其他回答里有两个误用，只有整点才能在后面接O'clock；past的用法也只适用于没过半个小时的情况。
o'clock to tomorrow二十三点差一小时就是明天结构类似a quarter to three两点四十五分
