1、哈密瓜

2、吐鲁番葡萄

新疆吐鲁番是葡萄的故乡，也是葡萄的王国。据史书记载，早在2000多年前西汉时期张骞出使西域，就发现这里种值葡萄。由于这里气温高、日照时间长、昼夜温差大，特别适合葡萄的生长和糖份的累积。这里的品种繁多，有无核白、红葡萄、黑葡萄、玫瑰香、白布瑞克等500多个优良品种，堪称“世界葡萄植物园”。

3、吐鲁番烤羊肉串

烤羊肉串维吾尔语称之为“喀瓦甫”。1986年中央电视台春节联欢晚会上，陈佩斯、朱时茂合作表演了小品《烤羊肉串》，使吐鲁番这一风味小吃声名大噪，踪迹遍及全国。该菜是新疆名菜，原料的取用和烤制的火候十分关键，烤熟后羊肉色泽酱红，麻辣鲜香、油亮，不腻不膻，外酥里嫩，肉质鲜美，别具风味。
