xx company signed cooperation agreements with some local hotels,say the managers and above of the company can sign a bill after spending in these hotels,and the bills will be closed by the finance department of the company in the end of a month. In this process,we find two questiones as followed.

Company XX had signed an agreement with some local hotels. Employee who are above management level are able to credit their bills with these hotels. Every month, the hotel will then complied all expenses records with employee's signature and settle accounts with the company. The company finance department will then pay the bills according to the agreement's payment terms. During this payment process, we have found out the below two problems:1)2)

XX company signed contracts with some local hotels, the manager and some higher class workers can sign the bill, the hotel uses detailed consumption records and workers' signatures to do balance every month, the company's finance department and its way of payment takes a corresponding amount of money every month. In this payment process, we found two problems shown below:
