英语通知模板如下：

（1)写作要求。

通知或告示是向大众告知某一事情的简短文字，通常刊登在报刊上或张贴在公共场所。通知一般由标题、正文、落款(或时间)三部分组成。通知的目的是传递信息或分配工作，包含内容、时间和地点。如果是活动，应包含参加的人员范围;如果是讲座或报告，应包含演讲人的简介。

通知必须用简练、准确的语言传递信息。如果包含对演讲人、主要参与人或组织者等的介绍，则语言应大方得体，重点突出，切忌长篇大论。

通知一般包括以下三部分内容。

①标题:通常只用NOTICE作为标题，或用所通知事宜的具体内容作为标题。标题通常写在上方的居中处。

②正文:写明所举行的活动、时间、地点、有关注意事项等内容。布置工作的通知要把工作内容和要求写清楚。被通知的单位或人一般用第三人称;但如果带有称呼语，则用第二人称表示被通知的对象，涉及要求或注意事项时，也常用第二人称表示被通知的对象（祈使句中常常省略)。

③落款:写明通知的单位名称或人名和日期。落款一般写在正文的右下方，有时也可以放在正文的左上方。

（2)常用句型

A meeting on... is to be held at ...

A lecture will be given by... on...

Pay attention to the time and location of... Please be on time.

（3）范文：

Boys and girls,

Attention please, there will be an English speech contest held by city TV station on Oct 4th 36.According to the requirements, students in senior one and senior two can entry the contest.

Different kinds of topics are welcome, but should be written by your own and each school is allowed to enter 5 names for the contest. Aftereach school is tried, our school is going to hold the tried on Sep 25th.
