小数点用 point 表示：0.4 ： zero point four ;12.34 : twelve point three four ;35.67 thirty five point six seven
都是一样的 zero point three four five six 单个数字读就可以了 当然 那些 说英文的人 还有其他各种读法 这种是最简单的
正常情况下都只会念数字比如 169 = one sixty-nine 或者 one hundred sixty-nine105 = one o five (零可以作为英文字母的 O 念）或者 one hundred and five
