我不知道字典里是怎么解释的，但是一般工作里来说，sourcing, buyer, purchasing这3个职位相同的都是采购，都是花钱的，不同的在于权限和侧重点。

最后就是buyer没人权，无脑做buy这个动作的。sourcing就是个先锋，满世界找东西的，混得好的可以亲自买点小样品，混得不好的就是个传话筒，要么传给老板，要么传给purchasing。而purchasing就是牛逼的，用他犀利的眼光和独到的观点来获得了生意的决定权，要是看到一个人名片是purchasing director，就可以巴结一下了，这个关键人物点头，生意就绝对搞定了。
