I have your phone number是我有你的电话号码的意思。如果是告知别人“有你的电话”应该说“There’s a call for you.”
there was a call for youhere is a call for you你没说清是：有个电话找你，还是有你的电话号码。
楼主应该是要问“有你的来电”吧：You are wanted on the phone.
