Men need a religious belief to make sense out of life. I wish I had such a belief myself, but any creed of mine would be honeycombed with confusions and reservations. Yet when I write a poem I am trying to make sense out of life. And just now and then my experience composes and transmutes itself into a poem which tells me something I didn't know I knew. So for me the compulsion of poetry is the sign of a belief, not the less real for being unformulated ... a belief that men must enjoy life, explore life, enhance life. Each as best he can. 1.欣赏作品的形象
《秋颂》在作者笔下,秋天是“成熟和结果的季节”,是“带来祝福”的日子。这里所写的一切的景象或者意象,都不是一般的描写,不是单纯的反映,而是带着诗人的阐释(或者叫做感情的抒发)的,如把阳光说成“催熟一切的阳光”,又把阳光当作秋天的“好友”。济慈笔下的秋天是充实欢乐的。这里有看得见摸得着的挂在藤蔓上有形的果实,也有无形的,只有诗人才能想象得出来的,如“果实都打心里熟透”。
《不是死,是爱》中的“神秘的黑影”,它的出现为诗歌染上了一种不祥、可怕的氛围,但最后那“银铃似的的回答”,又驱散了这种氛围,使诗意豁然明朗。

3.赏析作品的内涵
《秋颂》:被不少评论者认为是济慈颂歌里最完美的一首。诗的主题是秋季的温暖和丰硕。人皆颂春天的美丽,而诗人则感到秋天的成熟也同样可爱。他是通过对艺术和美的追求、崇尚来表达他对当时英国现实的'痛恨和不满,并以此来对抗邪恶,升华现实生活。从某种意义上来说,济慈诗歌之美的源头还是现实。
《不是死,是爱》:这首诗以希腊人对时间的美好咏叹开始,既而回到现在,将病魔的缠身,死神的威胁,比喻为“一片片黑影”,而命运对人的支配,也被戏剧化地表现为神秘的黑影;诗歌的结尾以对“爱”的肯定代替了对“死”的恐惧。
《狗之歌》叙述了一个完整的故事,诗人没有介入故事之中,而是保持了一种情感的克制。采用物化情思的手法,把为下一代操碎了心的母亲的爱通过动物的象征使人看的见、摸的着。使之具有摄人心魄的艺术魅力。
精析重点解读
1. 品味语句
(1)诗人开篇“雾气洋溢、果实圆熟的秋,/你和成熟的太阳成为友伴;”有什么作用?
诗人敏感地观察到,在秋冬携手的季节,早晨总是朝雾洋溢,而黄昏,又总是暮霭笼罩。“雾霭洋溢”短短四个字,就把时间精确地概括了出来,点明了晚秋的自然特色。接着,马上点明了第一节诗的主题:硕果累累的秋。秋天是成熟的季节,万物在阳光雨露的哺育下,历经春夏,这时已经结果了。因此说秋天和太阳结为密友,是一种别出心裁的比喻,也是十分合情合理,极其贴切的比喻。因为诗人清楚的知道,万物所以能有成熟的这一天,主要靠太阳的帮助。这是个忠实的朋友,可不能把它忘掉。要论秋,就一定要提到它。
(2)《狗之歌》中,母狗一直追到“尚未冰封的水面”暗示了什么?
暗示了小狗已被主人溺死。诗人省略这些环节,为的是将笔墨集中在描摹母狗的情态上,像描写一个人那样,从心理层面展现它的深情和悲痛。
2.鉴赏评价
秋的赞歌
——《秋颂》
这是一曲秋天的大合唱,是一首动人的田园交响曲,传出了悦耳动人的音响。在前两节诗里,诗人主要在我们面前展现一幅秋天的美景,而在第三节里,他不仅动用了我们的视觉器官,还唤起了我们的听觉器官,读过这首诗后,仍感到余音娓娓,绵缠不绝,给人以曲已终而意未尽之感。因为它声色并茂,情景交融,浑然一体。
这首诗是如此生气勃勃,还使人不由地联想起了孕育生命的春天。诗人又何尝不是这样,他写到这儿,也情不自禁地自问起来:“春歌何在?嗳,春歌何在?可是他马上意识到,这种伤感的情调是没有必要的。你自有秋声,又何必对它们思念?”
诗人运用对比的手法,更进一步地深化了他颂秋的主题,一扫世人对秋所抱的伤感、悲凉的情调,给秋注入了生命和阳光,使它焕发出温暖和煦的光芒。因此,即使是在晚秋时节,我们眼里仍然丝毫没有那种“秋风秋雨愁煞人”的萧条景象,就连春来秋往的候鸟——燕子和知更鸟也仍在这儿飞上飞下,忙个不停,读者在领略了诗人刻意描绘的秋景以后,一定会自然而然地认为,这些候鸟是因为贪恋秋色而迟迟不肯离去。的确,在见了这样的美景之后,谁还愿意离此他去呢?
从这首短短的颂诗,我们可以看出,济慈不仅是个美的追求者,更是一个积极的乐观主义者。事实上,济慈的每篇诗,都充满了热爱生活的乐观情调,正是从热爱现实,热爱生活这一点出发,他所追求的美,他所歌颂的美感都是具体的、真实的,因而也是相当健康的。
