Once upon a time, there was a hunter. He picked up an eaglet (小鹰)without mother's care on his way to the uphill hunting and took it home. eaglet (小鹰) In his house, there was a hen, which had just given birth to a brood of chicks. So the hunter reared(抚养) the eaglet together with the chicks in the courtyard. hen(母鸡) The eaglet was growing up with the chicks day by day. It thought it was a chick, catching worms and eating vegetable leaves in the yard all day. The hunter wanted the grown eaglet to go hunting with him and fly high to be a true falcon(猎鹰). But no matter how he tried, the eaglet couldn't fly! Driven to despair(绝望), the hunter brought the eaglet to the high hilltop, flinging(掷,抛) it down the hill. The scared eaglet started struggling to flap(拍打) its wings, once, twice...Finally, it found a balance, got the feeling of fly, and spread its wings to soar in the sky.
