华红丹英语中用来表达“至于”“关于”的成语、短语比比皆是,现就一些常用成语、短语的含义及用法加以说明.1．最常见、用得较多的当属asfor,asto,这二个短语在《朗曼现代英语辞典》中都解释为（withregardto,concerning）.用于此意时,两者实际上可通用,asfor有时仅用for.例如：（1）Asforme,Iwasalitlepuzled．至于我,还真有些疑惑.（2）Asto（doing）that,Ihaventdecidedyet．关于那件事,我还未作决定.（3）Thatisgoodenoughforme．对我来说,那件事是够好的了.但在语气上,asfor常常带有轻视或消极的口吻,且只能用于句首,后接名词或动名词,用得较asto多.asto之后多用疑问词,表示就某事而感疑惑、有争议或质问,可置于任何位置.例如：（4）Youcanhaveabed,butasforthechildren,theylhavetosleponthefloor．你可以要一张床,至于孩子们,得睡地板了.
