Learning motivation is the guide to learn to rise and maintain individual activities, and make the learning objectives towards certain activities, to meet certain learning needs an internal psychological state. In the learning process, learning motivation is learners one of the key factors of success. Through the questionnaire survey, using quantitative analysis and contrast method, this paper studies the students' learning motivation status. The result shows that the majority of students have clear goals, but study interest not strong, self-efficacy is generally low, success and failure attribution different grades, causing its isn't ideal. Nevertheless, they still think learning is a worthy and worthwhile. Just the achievements and cost of imbalance, unavoidable produce psychological gap. Accordingly, in the teaching, the teacher should take some effective measures to strengthen the students' learning motivation, to raise their grades.
