Grammar is the main structure to support proper ways of expression. But we often come across with conflicts and dilemma between choosing grammar and the way of speaking in real life. In my opinion,learning English,in the end,is to learn how to speak and write like a native speaker,is to learn how to express ourselves in a way that people living in English speaking countries do. So I say, grammar is not as important as speaking in a way that complies with language habits in real life.
