冬至是二十四节气之中的第二十二个节气，冬至表示寒冷的冬天来临。这一天，阳光几乎直射南回归线，北半球白昼最短，黑夜最长，开始进入数九寒天。

天文学上规定这一天是北半球冬季的开始。而冬至以后，阳光直射位置逐渐向北移动，北半球的白天就逐渐长了，谚语有：吃了冬至面，一天长一线。冬至后天气变冷，要注意以下几点：

1、穿衣方面

天气变冷，我们及时添加羽绒服，棉裤，雪地靴。出门时候记得戴口罩，围巾，帽子等等。注意防寒保暖，以免发生感冒的现象。

2、饮食方面

注意热食，冬天也是进补的季节，可以喝一些牛肉汤，羊肉汤，鸡汤之类。这样也能预防感冒。

3、睡眠方面

需要添加保暖厚的棉被，以免晚上天气冷感冒。其次室内也要保持通风干燥，以免空气不流通发生感冒现象。

4、运动方面

适当做一些室内的运动，比如跳跳绳，做做操，或者打打球，室外可以散散步，慢跑之类。运动可以提高身体的抵抗能力和抗寒能力，不过天气冷，运动时候也要进行保暖。
