两个没有什么差别的。非要说个差别，就是at小一点而on大一点。At/On the top of the hill, there is a tree.都是可以的。有一座塔，用on更好些。

都可以,代表的意思不太一样，on代表的是一个平面，比如有的山顶是平的，你刚好着在这个平面上，就是standonthetop,如果站的这个位置只是一个点，就用at
at 绝对的
at 山的顶端是山的一部分
