英文投诉信格式

生意不可能总是一帆风顺，不管企业多么细心、精心地处理业务往来，事故还是难以避免：货物可能送错了地方，可能在运输中受损或者延迟，等等，各种情况都可能发生。

当发生事故的时候，如果只是一些很快就能得到解决的小问题（比如保险、保证或是其他合同条款），一封日常投诉信就完全可以了。

由于这些小问题一般不会遭到对方的反对，日常投诉信只要清楚、明了、简要就行。下面是写日常投诉信所遵循的法则：

右上角：日期

左上角：称呼

正文：

第一段：表明自己的'身份，说明写信目的，因何事投诉何人或机构。

第二段：具体阐述投诉的内容和投诉的理由。

第三段：提出解决建议并期望尽快解决，表示感谢。

右下角：署名

1、开头就提出要求。

2、详细解释此要求的原因。

3、结尾要表示感谢对方的合作。

英文投诉信范文 （一）

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please send us a correction on part of our order WP-11.

All the items we ordered arrived in excellent condition except for one model. It you refer to our original order （see the copy attached）， you will note that we requested your fluorescent desk-lamps, Model 606. However, Model 608 reached us instead. For details, please see the inspection certificate issued by the Tianjin Commodity Inspection Bureau.

Will you kindly take back those you sent out and substitute them with an equal quantity （120 items） of Model 606? We would appreciate your attention to this matter promptly.

School Polluted

Dear Editor,

Our school lies at the foot of a mountain with a small river passing by. It used to look like a beautiful garden. There used to be green trees and all kinds of flowers in our school yard all year round.

But great changes have taken place since a chemical works was built near our school two years ago. It produces poisonous gases and pours a large amount of waste water into the river. The terrible pollution has done great harm to us students and teachers as well as to the surroundings.

It＇s time for us to take steps to protect our surroundings and prevent them from being polluted.
