Don't Cry这首歌有两个版本，版本一收录在专辑 Use Your Illusion I 中，版本二收录在专辑Use Your Illusion II 中。

这首歌达到了很多国家音乐榜单的前十名，其中包括UK Singles Chart的第八名和 Billboard Hot 100美国地区的第十名。

另外，Don't Cry这首歌还邀请了Blind Melon组合的参与合声。

在早期的巡演和“Use Your Illusion”巡演期间，Don't Cry这首歌被演唱的次数很频繁。

之后在中国2001年的“Chinese Democracy”巡演中，这首歌没有出现过。
