英文简历上，说明自己对于某项技能“精通”,可以用“be proficient in”，表示对...熟练(精通)； 求职用语上习惯用“Be familiar with ”表示熟悉、了解、通晓。
或“Be good at”来表达熟练或熟悉。“Be able to ”或“Ability to”表示在⋯⋯方面有能力，善于⋯⋯。
一、proficient in 短语
1、Be proficient in something 在某方面非常擅长

精通电脑技术。
2、Be Proficient In English 精通英语者

有较强的英语读写能力。
3、Be proficient in doing sth 做某事很熟练 ;

二、Be familiar with 短语，表示熟悉、熟练，后接名词或动名词形式。
