Hello friends, as we all know, our neighbouring city has had a flood, and it has rendered countless people homeless and desolate. As of now, the death toll is 19 and is rising rapidly. The victims need whatever help they can get to brave this disaster. I am writing this letter to appeal for your help in aiding the rescue efforts. The situation there is bad, many homes were destroyed and supplies swept away. Hence, I appeal to all of you to donate anything that will help them, be it money, old clothes or blankets. Let us lend a helping hand to our fellow countrymen and help them get out of this predicament. Thank you!
