Transportation（交通工具）。就不能用transport吗？

I hate "alternate" for "alternative". I don't like this as they are two distinct words, both have distinct meanings and it's useful to have both. Using alternate for alternative deprives us of a word.

1、发音时声带不振动的辅音叫做清辅音，与浊辅音相对。在美国英语里面，发清辅音的字母有:p、t、k、c、q、f、s(在词首或词中，前或后接清辅音)，th(在实词中)、sh、h、ch、tch、ts、tr、wh。2、发浊辅音的音标有: [d] [g] [v] [z] [D] [dr] [dz]，此外还有鼻音[m] [n] [ŋ] ，舌则音 [l] [r] 半元音 [w] [j][m] [n] [ŋ] ，这些也都属于浊辅音,。3、清辅音和浊辅音区别：辅音又称子音。顾名思义，辅音依元音而存在，辅音与元音配合，产生音节，组成英文的多样化。辅音包括清辅音和浊辅音两大类。发音时声带不震动、送气的叫清辅音;发音时声带震动、不送气的叫浊辅音。辅音都是嗓音，发出的音不像元音那样清脆悦耳。发辅音时，不论美语或英语，都能感觉到下面的一些共同的特点:1) 气流受阻。从肺部呼出的气流在通过口腔或鼻腔时遇到阻碍(发元音时不受任何阻碍)。2) 气流较强。(发元音时气流较弱)。3) 阻碍部分肌肉较紧张(发元音使肌肉均衡地保持紧张)。4) 有清、浊之分。清辅音:送气强，声带不振动。浊辅音:几乎不送气，声带振动。
