外国人通常没有奖状这么一说。一般都是什么什么什么荣誉证书啊，什么之类的。然后这个什么证书的英文呢，就是certificate 。应该是这个，我不是特别确定有没有拼写错误，你可以直接查一下证书的英文翻译。
