工作实力不足英文

I found that I lack of the ability of communicate with others and the knowledge stories ,so I should further learning in university .

During my work, I realized my lack of interpersonal communication skills as well as certain knowledge, and that's why I hope to continue my education in university.

After I started working, I found my deficiency in the the interpersonal skills. I also found that my knowledge is far from enough to deal with the job. Therefore I think I should further equip myself by going to the university.
