There are many problems in the process of education and training for migrant workers, this paper conducted a preliminary study of the existing problems in the education and training of migrant workers. First of all, the education and training of migrant workers are migrant workers for their own survival, social development and meet the needs of market demand. Secondly, there exist some problems in the training process, the traditional concept and discrimination against migrant workers a greater impact, part of the education and training of enthusiasm is not high; business to the pursuit of short-term profits, migrant workers training input is very small; the government for the education and training of migrant workers very seriously but is little effect. Finally, the effective ways to improve the quality of training of migrant workers mainly, make full use of various social resources to provide conditions and guarantee for the education and training of migrant workers. Guided by the government, strengthen the organization and management and strengthen supervision enterprises should change the idea; enhance the understanding of migrant workers training; improve education and training mechanism of migrant workers.
