《铃儿响叮当》是每逢圣诞一定会听到的一首歌曲，欢快又活泼的歌声总能给人们带来好心情。这歌已经有150多年的历史，最初并不是为圣诞节而是为感恩节写的，是作曲家詹姆斯写给父亲的学生，帮助学生们参加感恩节演出用的。后来因为不知名原因，就演变成了圣诞节保留曲目 。

1999年，世界三大男高音在维也纳圣诞音乐会上也唱过《铃儿响叮当》，愣是唱出了大河向东流的感觉，简直就是大型编钟演奏现场。
