留学生英语请假条

请假是用来向老师或者单位领导等上级传达某人的请假信息。其格式见上表格。日期部分一般包括年、月、日，大多数情况下“年”可省去，因为请假条的内容多半是当日或近日的事情。称呼通常以Dear...开头，要顶格书写。正文内容要简短扼要，用语比较通俗，接近口语化。写请假条时，一定要把请假的理由和时间长短写清楚，以便于上级领导作决定或安排工作。

英语请假条的编写方式就需要先在左边的第一行字顶，然后写上日期这样子的一个数字。然后在第二行重新置顶，然后写上Dear Miss Li或者是Dear Mr Li等等这样子的称谓，这里是举了一个例子，然后在第三行的话，就是前面空开一定的距离，就是大概两个格子这样子的距离。

然后就可以写上自己正式的一个请假的内容。比如这里举个例子，就是可以直接陈述一下自己不能够去到学校的原因。然后最后的总结就可以写到自己要请假的一个时间，以及请假的一个日期，然后最后总结，可以这样子去写so I ask for leave for two days。
