英语培训班上课守则

发音要纯正过关，否则是误人子弟。要真正热爱教育，热爱孩子，并具有一定的教育理念。单打独斗不行，至少要有一两个志同道合的人一道去做。英语的教学内容要和学校保持一致，但是教学风格和方法要有独到之处，否则学生觉得和学校没有二致，自然不愿意再来。耐心帮助学生过单词关，语法关，阅读关。之后针对中考题型一一耐心教授。

因材施教，比较个性化。又唱又跳只是老师的个人风格而已。只要老师教的东西学生能听懂，能学会，就行了。

1、Don’t climb on chairs or tables.翻译：不可攀爬桌椅。2、Don't make a noise.翻译：不要大声喧哗。3、Please raise your hand to tell the teacher if you have something to do.翻译：有事请举手报告老师。4、Please listen to the teacher carefully.翻译：请认真听老师讲课。5、Keep the classroom clean.翻译：保持教室清洁。
