英文倡议书格式

倡议书格式包括倡议目的、倡议内容、提出呼吁三部分；首先是称呼语，然后正文部分直接引出倡议目的，接下来列举倡议内容，提出呼吁，最后是落款跟署名。

1、引出倡议目的

常用in order to引出的不定式短语或用with / for the purpose of引导的介词短语。

2、列举倡议内容

倡议其实就是提建议，因此，可用be supposed to (应该），it is suggested that... (建议），it would be better if... (如果．．．．．．，那就更好了）等。倡议的内容通常都不只一个，因此可用in addition，besides，additionally，whats more，furthermore，moreover来列举这些内容。

3、提出呼吁

提出呼吁可用It is (high) time that...句型，该句型中that从句的谓语动词要用过去式或用should加动词原形，should不可省略。也可用in a word引出呼吁的内容。

例如：

Boys and girls,

男孩女孩们，

Recently some blood banks across the country are reported to be in short supply of blood.

最近，据报道全国各地的一些血库供血不足。

Some people hold the wrong idea that donating blood does harm to the donor's health. But the truth is that when a small amount of blood is taken out, the body will make a quick adjustment to work normally.

有些人错误地认为献血有害捐赠者的健康。但事实是，当少量的血液被取出时，身体会迅速调整正常工作。

英语倡议书格式是：由标题、称呼、正文、结尾、落款五部分组成。时态一般用将来时或一般现在时。

Do you want to live in a beautiful world?To fulfill our obligation to protect the environment，we are supposed to follow the following ecological codes. To begin with，it is suggested/advised that we stick to the habit of walking to school.

倡议书标题一般由文种名单独组成，即在第一行正中用较大的字体写倡议书三个字。另外，标题还可以由倡议内容和文种名共同组成。如把遗体交给医学界利用的倡议书 。

英文倡议书的规范

写倡议书的背景原因和目的倡议书的发出贵在引起广泛的响应，只有交代清楚倡议活动的原因，以及当时的各种背景事实，并声明发布倡议的目的，人们才会理解和信服，才会自觉的行动。这些因素交代不清就会使人觉得莫名其妙，难以响应。

写明倡议的具体内容和要求，这是正文的重点部分。倡议的内容一定要具体化。开展怎样的活动，都做哪些事情，具体要求是什么，它的价值和意义都有哪些均需一写明。倡议的具体内容一般是分条开裂的，这样写往往清晰明确，一目了然。
