首先肯定是问候语，简单举例说一下两个人打电话时的对话，比如说A在接电话，B要找的人不在A：Hello!Whoisthat?B:Hello!ThisisB.MayIspeakto......?A:Sorry,he/sheisn'there.CanItakeamessageforyou?B:That'sverykindofyou,pleasetell......that......再比如说B打电话给A，正好要找的人就是AB:Hello!MayIspeaktoAA:Speaking./ThisisAspeaking.切记，在电话中切不可用日常生活中的那种问候方式，比如说：“Whoareyou？”或“Iam...”这样是很不礼貌的。
