英语地名按照英语语法来说，应该都需要全部大写。但是好像也有例外的情况！
您好，东南西北的英语单词通常：1）作为（方向）时，不需要大写；2）作为（区域）时，尤其是特定区域，就需要大写。in the northwest（西北方向）in the Northwest（在西北地区）in the west（西面）in the West（在西部）in the east of China（中国东面）in East China（在华东地区）
