布拉吉英语培训

典型的外来语，可乐（cola），沙发（sofa），坦克（tank），咖啡（coffee）。介绍几个先：从日语中借来的：内容、服务、卡拉OK，从俄语中借来的：布拉吉（连衣裙），从英语中借来的：沙发、巧克力、WTO、GDP，从少数民族语言中借来的：葡萄、胡萝卜、苜蓿，这些外来词有音译，有意译，有半音半意译等各种形式。像从日语借来的一些词语还有个特点，就是它本身是从汉语中借出去的，但随后在日语中发生了改变，形成了新的组合，有了新的意义，这时又被作为新的意义借用回汉语中。如“内容”就是这种情况。但并非所有从日语借来的词语都是的，如“卡拉OK”就不是。

Braj Kachru 印度语言学家，主要针对英语native与foreign这种说法的不支持，认为English是世界的，所以提出了the three circles of English. 也是world English 具体体现。 The inner circle represents the traditional bases of English: the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Anglophone Canada and South Africa, and some of the Caribbean territories. The outer circle, which includes countries where English is not the native tongue, but is important for historical reasons and plays a part in the nation's institutions, either as an official language or otherwise. This circle includes India, Nigeria, the Philippines, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Malaysia, Tanzania, Kenya, non-Anglophone South Africa and Canada, etc. The total number of English speakers in the outer circle is estimated to range from 150 million to 300 million.The expanding circle encompasses those countries where English plays no historical or governmental role, but where it is nevertheless widely used as a foreign language or lingua franca.
