这么个说法其实就是个祈使句，祈使句一般都是省略主语的，跟咱汉语不一样，所以楼主那个“由你”也体现不出。。。就是Whether believe it or not , I believe !但是有时为了体现出一种气氛或感觉，我们也把主语说出来：You believe it or not ,(at least) I do!再或者的说，To believe it or not ,it is your question,at least I believe !汗啊```!!
