It is mainly composed of an axial and two horizontal Symmetrical servo hydraulic cylinders, three electro-hydraulic servo valves, and the experimental table。 The electro-Hydraulic complex loading table system is mainly designed for axial and horizontal loading using electro-hydraulic servo valves and Symmetrical servo cylinder。 This system has many advantages such as strong power, fast response, and small size etc. This paper discusses stress on the establishment of the mechanical model of the electro-hydraulic servo valves and the Symmetrical servo hydraulic cylinders, then induces the optimal power allocation using the matched load。 The author designed out the principle sketch of the system using the hydraulic station of No.2 Steel Plant of WISCO as the sample through analysis of the system requirements. Then extends from the calculation and choosing of the hydraulic basic elements, the gasoline tanks, and the attaches, the property inspection of the system, the structural design of the hydraulic station, the installation of the front flange of the servo hydraulic cylinder, as well as the design of the experimental table. Along with the technological development, the hydraulic system, especially the servo system is widely used in modern industries. But the stability of the hydraulic systems and the control of the circumstance are both fairly important research field. For a view of the prospect, the hydraulic system will be used wider and wider.
