如果是正规的用语,就可以用How are you these days/recently?但是比较口语的说法是'最近怎样',也就是:How's it going recently/now/these days?但通常美国/英国人会直接问说'How's it going?',这时请不要误以为他在说别的事情,他只是在问候你,回答'Fine, thank you'之类的就行.
