Happy and eager for my goods, this week I counted down the date day by day. However, upset and confused, as of now, this Saturday, the time when I am detailing my trouble, I have not received the parcel which is supposed to be in my hand three days before. Yesterday I called the express company only to be replied with a simple explanation that they feel sorry, but cannot locate the delivery fault right now and need about 3 days for an investigation.Never have I met with such a failure in my past one-year experiences of online shopping. Now I feel so frustrated and unhappy with the service. Legally speaking, since the party with whom I made an online sales contact is your store and the carrier is your agent, I believe that you as principal are liable for the default.
